Bottled Water Packaging
Ensures clarity, uniform bottle wall thickness, and leak-free closures.
BEVERAGE PACKAGING
Every beverage bottle starts with a preform. If the preform is off, the problems show up fast on the filling line. OGSCM sources bottle-grade preforms aligned to production specs, with logistics planning built around actual filling schedules.
These preforms are critical for ensuring downstream production efficiency, line uptime, and supply scheduling for beverage manufacturers. Our approach coordinates material quality, supplier qualification, and logistics execution to support filling schedules and procurement cycles for regional and large-scale beverage producers."

200 mL – 2 L
Custom Configurations
Trusted by beverage producers across GCC & MENA
PET preforms are injection-molded intermediates, and their specs at this stage directly determine what happens on the blow-molding line downstream. Through a stretch blow-molding process, preforms are transformed into the final bottle shape. The quality of each preform directly determines the strength, optical clarity, wall uniformity, and consistency of finished bottles. all of which affect how the line performs and how often it stops.
When preform specs are inconsistent, the rejection rate climbs, and by the time it's flagged, the batch is already through blow-molding. Variations in weight, IV levels, or neck finish dimensions can create bottlenecks, waste, or line stoppages. Proper form specification directly affects production efficiency, line output, and how much rework ends up downstream.
